North Jersey Coast Line rail service has been suspended in both directions between New York Penn Station and Long Branch.

Officials say the Morgan Drawbridge over the Cheesequake Creek is stuck in the open position.

NJ Transit rail tickets and passes are being honored by the agency and private carrier buses.
