Dr. Oz, Port Authority officers help save man’s life at Newark Liberty Int’l Airport

Television host Dr. Oz and Port Authority officers are being credited for helping to save a man’s life after he collapsed at Newark Liberty International Airport.

Television host Dr. Oz and Port Authority officers are being credited for helping to save a man’s life after he collapsed at Newark Liberty International Airport.
Officials say that Officer Jeffrey Croissant saw a 60-year-old man pass out at the Terminal C baggage claim Monday night and rushed to help him.
At the same time, Dr. Mehmet Oz was getting off a flight and saw that was happening. He rushed over as well to help.
Croissant and Oz performed CPR on the man, saving his life.
The man who collapsed was taken to the hospital for evaluation.
The Port Authority tweeted that the man was in cardiac arrest, and that several other officers helped as well.
