Dogtopia is set to open a new dog daycare, boarding and spa location at Brunswick Shopping Center in North Brunswick.

The company has signed a lease for a 5,081-square-foot space at the shopping center at 498 Milltown Road, according to Levin Management Corporation, the center’s leasing and managing agent.

The location will feature climate-controlled indoor playrooms, where dogs will be grouped by size, temperament and play style. It will also offer overnight boarding and spa services, along with live webcams that allow owners to check on their dogs during the day.

Dogtopia describes itself on its website as the "largest provider of dog daycare in North America."

An opening date was not announced.

Dogtopia is among several businesses that have recently signed leases at the shopping center. Other additions include Ace Pickleball Club, Giri Trading Agency, Namkeen Hot Chicken Joint, Tropical Smoothie Café and Boost Mobile.

The 288,000-square-foot shopping center is located just off Route 1 and is anchored by Lidl and LA Fitness.
