An employee at the Bronx Department of Buildings says she's sick of dealing with what she calls unsanitary conditions on the job.

Shanelle Thompson claims there are holes in the walls and ceilings, exposed crevices, dusty radiators with no heat adjustment and rust stains on the floors of the Arthur Avenue building. She adds that the worst part is the flies.

Thompson says she's asked for help but claims she gets the run around. She claims she is afraid she will get some backlash from the DOB, but says she can't tolerate the working conditions anymore.
