A large part of Gov. Jon Corzine's ability to win re-election will be based on whether voters believe he delivered what he initially promised.
Corzine is facing stiff competition from GOP candidate Chris Christie, who polls show currently beating the incumbent.
News 12 New Jersey's Walt Kane is examining the work Corzine's done to see if he fulfilled promises, broke them or whether the issues are a matter of debate.
