The former casino has plans to build an outdoor concert hall
with a retractable dome.
The developer claims the dome will hold New Jersey's largest
arcade as well as an outdoor beer garden.
The project will also include a sun deck that will be part
of the Boardwalk
The casino originally shut down in 2014.
