Thousands are still left without power in South Jersey following the destruction caused by multiple storms Wednesday.

A tree landed on Dino Farnese's home in Glendora as a result of Wednesday's second storm. He says Friday was the first day a crew came to help clean up.
"All of a sudden I heard a bang and all of a sudden I couldn't see out of the kitchen window, all I saw was branches," says Farnese.
Crews are also working to clear trees and restore power to thousands of residents in Gloucester Township.

PSEG says it has 1,000 extra crews from eight different states working nonstop.
"This was an extremely intensive front that ran from above Trenton down to below Deptford. The front came through at about 80 mph and it caused just significant tree damage and that damage becomes extremely complex to restore," says PSEG Executive Director of Customer Operations Fred Daum.

Gloucester Township police set up a charging station at Glen Landing Middle School.
"We want everybody to be prepared in case they need the phone to make an emergency call or check in with loved ones or something like that," says Capt. John Stollsteimer.
Crews from PSEG continue to work to restore power in the hard-hit communities in Camden, Gloucester and Burlington counties. In the meantime, they set up comfort stations that offer ice and water to those in need.
With the threat of more severe weather Friday, many residents say they hope to make it through the weekend without more damage.
