Road crews have repaired a sinkhole that developed on an Ocean County Roadway
The sinkhole was on South New Prospect Road on the border of Lakewood and Jackson Township. Officials say Ocean County Road Department crews came out and “swiftly remediated” the issue.
Officials say the roadway is now reopened.
