The possibility of an impending meat-shortage is forcing Costco to put limits on how many items you can buy.
The buy-in-bulk grocery store will limit beef, pork, and poultry products to three items per member.
The restriction comes as COVID-19 has hit slaughterhouses hard, affecting the supply chain.
Costco says it's made changes based on public health guidelines. This includes requiring face coverings, reusable shopping bags and putting restrictions on returns.
