Gov. Jon Corzine and Republican Chris Christie are using the clean energy debate for campaign trail posturing.
Corzine and Interior Secretary Ken Salazar recently announced leases for five wind farms in New Jersey. Corzine pointed to the move as one that both helps the environment and creates jobs.
Christie, however, says utilizing clean energy is something the governor has failed at.
As governor, Christie says he would use tax incentives to attract wind turbine and solar facilities to New Jersey.
