Police say they are hunting for whoever killed a man at a Union County liquor store.

Investigators say the murder happened at around 8:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Skylark Discount Liquor store on West First Avenue in Roselle.

Authorities have not yet revealed the victim's identity. It is also unknown if the man was a customer or employee of the liquor store. Some neighbors believe it was the owner of the store who was killed, but police have not confirmed that information.

The Union County Homicide Task Force says it is investigating the crime with the Roselle Police Department.
