If you bought a ticket through Ticketmaster between late 1999 and early 2013, you could be eligible for free tickets to a number of events.

The vouchers are the result of a class-action lawsuit over ticket fees and other charges.

But some customers tell News 12 New Jersey that the tickets are hard to redeem and the available shows aren't very good.

Consumers typically have two options for the vouchers: $2.25 off any future ticket purchase or two free lawn seats or general assignment seats at select concert venues, owned by Ticketmaster's parent company, Live Nation.

The list of eligible events can be found at the Ticketmaster website under "My Account." However, News 12 New Jersey found that most of the events were already sold out.

Ticketmaster says that this was the first wave of events and advised its customers to "check back periodically for updates."
