A man from Connecticut is facing prison time for the death of a 15-month-old baby left in his care.
According to court officials, Alex Ciccarelli-Rosa, of Torrington, pleaded guilty to manslaughter in the drowning of Evan Standish in June of last year.
Police say Ciccarelli-Rosa was baby-sitting when the child drank from his rum and coke.
Police say he then put the child in the tub to revive him, but the toddler slipped under the water and died.
Ciccarelli-Rosa is facing 10 years in prison.
