Company recalls peaches sold at Walmart, Wegman's possibly contaminated with salmonella

Prima Wawona is voluntarily recalling all of its bulk and loose peaches because the products could possibly be contaminated with salmonella.

Prima Wawona is voluntarily recalling all of its bulk and loose peaches because the products could possibly be contaminated with salmonella.
The recall applies to loose peaches sold June 1 through Aug. 3, and bagged ones sold June 1 to Aug. 19.
The peaches are sold at Target, Walmart, Wegman's and other stores, and has likely caused the illness of more than 60 people in nine states.
Consumers who have the recalled product should dispose of it immediately, or return it to the place of purchase for a refund.
