College football was back in The Bronx tonight for the second annual Pinstripe Bowl at Yankee Stadium.
The Rutgers Scarlet Knights defeated the Iowa State Cyclones 27-13 this afternoon, with a lot of excitement both on and off the gridiron.
Along 161st Street and River Avenue, the Bronx Tourism Council hosted a hospitality tent until kickoff, while both school bands put on a public concert in Babe Ruth Plaza.
Local restaurants, including Yankee Tavern and Billy's, also offered game-day discounts.
