The U.S. Coast Guard is suspending search efforts for a man who officials say jumped overboard from a New Jersey-based cruise ship Friday afternoon.

Officials say the 24-year-old jumped form the Anthem of the Seas when the ship was about 65 miles offshore Virginia.

The Royal Caribbean ship was making its way back to dock in Bayonne from the Bahamas.

Authorities say there no possibility that he is alive.
