A system will move into the region today, bringing milder temperatures as well as a round of showers for the afternoon to evening hours. Temperatures may trend into the low 50s in several spots across the Hudson Valley later today.
Once this system passes by overnight, another one moves in Saturday. This one will keep clouds around through the day but thankfully limit showers to just a portion of the day.
The bad news is that those showers may come down at a higher pace for Saturday afternoon to the evening. The chance for flooding is low but some ponding may be possible Saturday evening.
As this second system's cold front passes by Sunday morning, the showers will taper off but then breezy winds will move in for Sunday afternoon.
Cooler temperatures will continue to move in for Sunday afternoon into Monday. Expect breezy winds Monday and a colder feeling in the air returning to the region.
