A Clifton woman was charged after detectives discovered video of her sexually assaulting a child in the presence of another child.

Mourissa McCarthy, 18, was arrested Saturday after an investigation uncovered the video of the incident that took place at a Clifton residence.

The child who was assaulted was 6 years old. A 5-year-old child was also there when it happened.
