Christmas tree farms across New Jersey are getting ready for the post-Thanksgiving holiday rush.
The staff at Twinbrook Nursery in Franklin Lakes says that the farm got its shipment in earlier this year. Some customers have come to buy their Christmas trees early, but most customers are expected to come this weekend.
“I think now, more than ever, people need something to look forward to. Christmas is a beautiful season,” says Twinbrook Nursery manager Paula Scott. “There’s nothing better than to spend it with your family and bring your tree home and help and wait for Santa to come.”
The staff says that while it may seem obvious, customers should know what size tree fits their living room. They say that some customers buy trees that are too big for their homes.
