This week, Chef Roe Chlala, the co-founder of Festivities Events, shows Tina Redwine how to make unique and fun summer treats. 
Apple Pie Taco Filling
Ingredients:
3 Granny Smith apples
2 TBS unsalted butter
¼ cup dark brown sugar
1.5 TBS cinnamon
¼ cup chopped nuts
Godiva Chocolate liquer (optional)
Method:
Peel and chop apples in small cubes
Melt butter in pan and add apples
Add in brown sugar and cinnamon.
Once apples have softened add liquer and nuts
Once apples are soft (about 15 minutes), let cool
Select presentation platter that has sides to hold tacos
Place apple mixture in taco, sprinkle with blueberries and raspberries if desired.
