Cookies:2 eggs3/4 c. sugar1 stick of butter - melted1/4 c. orange juice1 tsp. orange extract1 tsp. lemon extract3 c. flour3 tsp. baking powder1/2 tsp. baking soda
For the icing: 2 c. powdered sugarJuice of 1/2 lemon (start with a half, if it's not a juicy lemon you may need the other half) Confetti sprinkles
Cookies: *Preheat oven to 350 degrees. *Beat eggs with sugar. *Add in melted butter, orange juice and extracts. Mix just to blend. *Add flour, baking powder and baking soda. Mix until dough forms. *Roll the dough by tablespoons full into little balls. Place on cookie sheet. *Bake 10 minutes at 350. *Allow to cool before icing.
Icing: *Combine sugar and lemon juice until a thin glaze forms. *Use a finger to swirl some icing on top of each cookie. Top cookies with confetti sprinkles.
