Authorities say a livery cab driver was shot and killed overnight in Mott Haven.
Jose Pena-Seguira was shot in the head late Sunday night, causing his livery cab to hit two parked cars on Wales Avenue, police say.
Police say they arrested 31-year-old Benny Delgado in Saint Mary's Park shortly after the shooting and recovered a .25-caliber gun.
The Sunday night slaying follows the Aug. 17 shooting death of another livery cab driver, Amadoo Ndiaye, who was killed in Williamsbridge.
