A Butler man was banned from a soccer field and charged with invasion of privacy after police say they found multiple videos of women in bathroom stalls on his cellphone.
Boonton Township police say they were approached at the Rockaway Valley Aerodrome Fields on Saturday, July 22 by a concerned person who said someone was in the women’s bathroom for a while.
Officials say Justin Emker, 19, was located by police inside one of the bathroom stalls. They said Emker had three videos of women’s intimate parts while they used the bathroom. He was later arrested.
Emker is banned from the field and will have limited cellphone use until his trial next month.
He is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 6. The investigation remains ongoing.
