Dozens of people who live at Magnolia Gardens Assisted Living in Toms River have been relocated after a pipe burst.
Officials say it happened Saturday around 5:30 p.m.
They say the pipe broke in the ceiling of the first floor, which flooded that area with 3 inches of water.
The basement and two elevators were damaged.
The 87 affected residents were not hurt and have been moved to Green Acres Manor Nursing Home.
