A popular farmer’s market in Burlington County temporarily closes following a fatal incident.

Police tell News 12 that 77-year-old John Hunter died Sunday in what they are calling a machinery accident.

It happened Sunday morning at Hunter’s Farm Market in Cinnaminson.

The farm posted a photo of Hunter with his two grandsons on its Facebook page.

“Here he is with his two grandsons, his pride and joy, doing what he loved to do, tarpon fishing. Thank you to all of you who have reached out,” the post read in part.

The farm has been family-owned for generations.

Editor's note: A previous version of this story incorrectly stated that the farm was located in Mercer County
