As summer draws to a close, some beaches along the Jersey Shore are without lifeguards.
Officials in Brick say all of the township's beaches will be unguarded Friday due to schools being open.
Township officials say people should not go in the water when beaches are unguarded.
Beaches will be open and guarded for the Labor Day holiday weekend.
