Breaking down student's sexual assault lawsuit against Monmouth University

A sexual assault lawsuit alleges Monmouth University and the fraternity Alpha Kappa Lambda failed to supervise Dylan Bradley Mund, who at the time was president of the fraternity, according to the lawyers representing the female student.
Mund was officially charged with drugging and sexually assaulting a freshman female student in October 2019. The case is pending as Mund, who was a sophomore at the time, has since graduated.
Attorney's representing the alleged victim claim Monmouth University should have known that Mund presented a danger after he apparently left a previous school due to allegations of sexual assault were raised against him there. There is no word yet on what school that was.
Alpha Kappa Lambda is an unrecognized fraternity that Mund himself was trying to start on campus, according to published reports,
