The body of a missing 64-year-old Pennsylvania boater was recovered Wednesday in Sandy Hook Bay.

Eric Daviduk of Southampton, Pennsylvania, was last seen on Monday in the area of the Atlantic Highlands Municipal Marina. His empty boat, believed to be a commercial clamming vessel, was later spotted adrift at the end of a jetty near the Seastreak Pier in Atlantic Highlands around 10:45 a.m.

Rescue workers spent days searching the waters throughout the area for Daviduk. On Wednesday at about 4:06 p.m., New Jersey State Police were notified by a passing boater in Sandy Hook Bay that a body had been discovered

Police have not said how he died. The case is under investigation.
