The body of a 25-year-old man has been pulled from a lake in Lakewood.

Lakewood police say they received a 911 call Friday morning about the possibility of a body being in the water at Lake Shenandoah County Park.

Officers said that they were approached by a small group of people who were looking for a missing family member. The group told police that 25-year-old Mario Francisco Arevalo Sola personal belongings were found along the shoreline.

Sola was reported missing Thursday morning by his father, but he hadn't been seen since Aug. 30.

Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding Sola's death, but say that they do not suspect foul play.
