An active investigation is underway in Red Bank after neighbors say they found one resident dead outside their building Sunday morning.
The victim was found at the Prospect Hill Apartments on Throckmorton Avenue.
Police tell News 12 the victim's death appears to be natural or by accidental fall, but investigators are working to rule out any criminality.
