The Essex County Prosecutor’s Office has identified the victim fatally shot in front of a corner store Wednesday in Newark.
They say 26-year-old Nakiyyah Blue, of Bloomfield, was shot on South 7th Street.
An investigation is ongoing and anyone with information is urged to call 877-847-7432.
