Storm Watch Meteorologist Hilda Estevez says another storm system will cause a wet, wintry headache Monday into Tuesday. 
SUNDAY: Chilly start with the wind factor, feels like 20-28. Mainly sunny but mild with an upswing in temps. Highs near 52. Lows near 31.
MONDAY: The morning starts off seasonally, with temps in mid-20s to-30s. Sunshine before rain/snow enters late afternoon. Temps stay on the warmer side, making more of a rain setup for the majority of NJ. Snow, wintry mix stays north.
TUESDAY: Overnight rain and mix ends by or very close to the morning commute. Clouds give way to sunshine. Highs near 45. Lows near 30.
WEDNESDAY: Mostly sunny and a decent break in wet weather. Highs near 49. Lows near 39. 
THURSDAY: Yes, even WARMER. This winter is odd. Highs near 55! Lows near 38.
