It's Tuesday and that means it's time to check out another spot that makes up the best of New Jersey. And today, meteorologist Mike Rizzo is bringing us to Asbury Park for some delicious and authentic Italian cuisine. I'm now in the kitchen with John and John. You can make something special. Sure. What are you making? We're making caramel pasta stuffed with chicken pate. Ok. I'm gonna show you all the in house pasta we make in house. Perfect. So I'm gonna show you what we do here. We're gonna stretch the all we're gonna stretch it. We're gonna thin a little bit here. So once we do that, yeah, you gonna cut it some wash for eggs. So tell me what's in that. This is chicken but that will be finished by right here. All right, beautiful. Looks like a candy. Almost. Correct. That's why we want to look like a candy. So we're gonna come here, we're gonna cool a truffle cream sauce and we're gonna share inside burgundy truffles. And I'm telling you if you love truffle, this is the place to be because John, he makes all the food really good whenever there's truffle in it. Look at that beautiful dish right there. Hold on. And what's the dish called again? Pasta? Caramello, pasta caramello right here Dolce Fantasia four in Asbury Park.

And this place here, not only just lunch and dinner, but you got the brunch as well. John and Bruno here with now their delectable selection of pastries. Bruno, what do we, what is this, this one we just made it, it's uh called pistachio creme brulee. So it's very Norther, right? So like a French taste with it as well. So that's like the, the French twist on the Italian cuisine, right? And what do we have in here? Tell me a little bit more about the popular items so popular. It's a pistachio cheesecake. It's for most, even the people who has uh chili allergies. So you're the pastry chef, correct? And you make every, it's fresh. So I have another one. Which one we call glute free too? Chocolate souffle. It's served warm with gelatos on top. It's very delicious. When actually you eat, you don't feel it like heavy. So it's very, very light, they're gluten free. We use the flowers like 70% of our dessert are gluten free. So when you come here, you gotta leave room for the dessert. That's definitely the key, right? So we're gonna show you a plate full of food, a table full of food, I should say in just a few minutes, you have to see the presentation of this. It is incredible.
