A benefit concert will be held to help David Ivins, a homeless man who was attacked on camera in a wooded section of Wall Township.
The E Street Shuffle will hold the concert at 507 Main Bar and Restaurant in Belmar on Friday night. The Bruce Springsteen tribute band says the $10 cover charge will help benefit both Ivins and homeless shelters in Monmouth County.
