yesterdayAuthorities have announced a man from Iselin has been charged
in the murder of a household member
and the attempted murder of another.
According to authorities, Rahul Anumala, 45, was arrested and charged with one count
of first-degree murder and one count of first-degree attempted murder.
An investigation revealed
Anumala allegedly assaulted and killed one
household member, and then attempted to kill another.
He is lodged at the Middlesex
County Adult Correction Center, where he is being held pending a pre-trial
detention hearing in Superior Court.
