Authorities: Driver who went airborne, crashed into building's 2nd floor was drunk and high
The driver of a speeding Porsche Boxster convertible that went airborne and crashed into the second floor of a commercial building last year in Toms River, killing both of the car's occupants, was under the influence of alcohol and drugs.
