The body of a man who went missing at the Ramapo Valley Reservation last Sunday has been found.

The Bergen County Sheriff's Office says a hiker found the body of 41-year-old Hector Zamorano about 40 minutes from Ramapo Road in Mahwah.

The Bergen County Sheriff’s Office Crime Scene Unit responded to the scene for a forensic investigation.

Authorities say there is no indication of foul play.

On Tuesday, authorities closed the park and searched all day. The county called off those resources because there was no clear evidence Zamorano was in the park.

His wife, Maria Lucero, said he went for a walk to the park. Security video captured Zamorano going that way.

The couple from Chile has a 9-year-old son.
