An Atlantic City man sentenced to 50 years in prison for the fatal shooting of a man in South Carolina in 2022.

Kenneth Creek shot and killed 31-year-old Jordan Eaddy at a South Carolina apartment complex.

The 49-year-old testified he fired in an act of self-defense, but an autopsy revealed Eaddy was shot in the back. Eaddy was running away from Creek.

Creek will have to serve over 42 years before his eligible for parole.
