A man faces five years in prison after admitting to strangling a woman in Atlantic City.
Prosecutors say 64-year-old Derrick Lewis pleaded guilty to aggravated assault.
He admitted to punching, kicking, and strangling the victim while in her car back in June.
The woman was able to break free and get help.
Lewis will be sentenced in March.
