The stores on Laconia Avenue are still closed after the Associated Supermarket collapsed last month and residents say it is a big inconvenience.
No one was injured when the supermarket collapsed but the building, as well as eight other businesses on the block, were closed.
At the time of the collapse residents were promised the stores would be reopened once scaffolding was put up. Now they say they are frustrated because no progress has been made.
The Department of Buildings could not be reached to discuss a potential date for the stores to reopen.
