Police say they made an arrest in connection to the death of an infant who was abused in a Jersey shore motel room and died Saturday from the sustained injuries.
Sean Horsey, the 24-year-old boyfriend of infant?s mother, faces charges including aggravated assault and possibly murder.
Five-month-old Olivia Foster was taken to the hospital Thursday. Police say she suffered broken bones, bruises and bite marks.
Parents in the community say they are shocked by the death.
An autopsy was scheduled for Saturday. The results may lead to additional charges.
