A big headache for some train riders as New Jersey Transit dealt with major service issues Saturday morning.
A train heading toward New York's Penn Station lost power in the South Tube Friday night while 1,100 commuters were on board.
Those commuters were transferred to another train.
Then a train heading west from Penn Station in the North Tube also lost power. Crews reported that the power was turned back on and they lost power again on their way out of the tunnel.
Officials say Amtrak crews had to remove a damaged wire to fix the situation.
Delays continued through the morning, but PATH trains cross-honored New Jersey Transit tickets.
