Police are searching for the thieves who stole three air conditioner units from senior citizens in Jersey City. The units were taken from Maureen Collier Senior Center over the course of the past two weeks. Two units were stolen from the center last night. One of the units had just been replaced after the old one was also stolen two weeks ago. Police told News 12 New Jersey that they are investigating whether or not the thieves stole the air conditioners for the copper.
