Police are on the lookout for four suspects who pulled off an armed home invasion in South Brunswick Tuesday.

Four armed men in masks allegedly broke into a home on Harmony Lane during the afternoon. They were met by an unsuspecting housekeeper, who was held while the home was ransacked. Authorities say the homeowner and his adult son later arrived and all three were tied up and locked in a basement closet.

Police were called after the homeowner's wife came home to a looted house. Police discovered the three in the closet. All three were uninjured.

Authorities say the robbers made off with cash and jewelry. Anyone with information on the incident is urged to contact police.
