Authorities are searching for the person responsible for dumping three small dogs on the side of the road in Monmouth County.
Investigators discovered the malnourished animals near Emley's Hill Cemetery in Upper Freehold Township in January.
The dogs were taken in for treatment and have since been adopted.
Officials are still working to track down their previous owners.
