The second man wanted in an alleged assault at a Hoboken McDonald's has turned himself in.
Hoboken police say Robert Brichta turned himself in and was charged with aggravated assault.
Police say Brichta and another man, Paul Maiolini, brutally beat up the victim on Memorial Day after the three of them got into an altercation at the Hoboken McDonald's on Washington Street.
Maiolini appeared in Hudson County Court Friday and was charged with aggravated assault and endangering an injured victim by leaving the scene.
The victim still remains at the hospital recovering from what has been described as massive head trauma that required surgery.
