Authorities have arrested the second man suspected of making off with a bag containing nearly $150,000 in cash that was mistakenly left behind by ATM workers in New Jersey.
Officers found 35-year-old Jamar Bludson at a motel in Newark.
Bludson is held on $125,000 bail, charged with theft of mislaid property.
Police believe Bludson was captured on surveillance video grabbing the bag of cash that the ATM employees forgot outside a business in Mahwah, in northern New Jersey, on July 27.
The driver of the van, 42-year-old Alton Harvey of Hillside, was arrested on July 31.
Mahwah Police Chief James Batelli said Harvey told detectives that he bought an SUV with some of the money soon after finding it.
Investigators determined the ATM workers were not involved in the theft.
