A court document filed Thursday says Michelle Troconis intends to appeal a court's denial of her habeas petition.
In May, Troconis' habeas petition, which argued that her conviction should be vacated and she should be released from prison because of ineffective council by her initial attorney in the Jennifer Dulos case, was denied.
Following her guilty verdict in March 2024, Troconis filed a habeas petition and alleged her constitutional rights were violated during the investigation. She has argued that Andrew Bowman did not effectively represent her as he allowed her to be interview by police multiple times.
