A utility terrain vehicle knocked over portable toilets at a park and then left the scene early Sunday in Phillipsburg.
The incident happened around 12:56 a.m. at Alpha Park, according to police.
Authorities say the UTV was driving through the park when it struck and toppled two side-by-side portable toilets.
An image of the vehicle was captured by nearby surveillance video, police said in a social media post.
Police are asking anyone with surveillance video or information about the driver to come forward.
Officials say tips can be made anonymously and will be kept confidential by police.
