New York State Police are investigating a fatal car crash in Ulster County.

Troopers say the incident occurred on Old Post Road in the Town of Marlborough Saturday morning.

They say 34-year-old Mariah Hyde of Poughkeepsie was traveling northbound when she lost control of her car and struck a tree.

She was pronounced dead at the scene.
